Malvina has infused new life into the New Mexico music scene and is receiving accolades from music critics and fans around the world. Her Music is a fresh blend influenced by the great variety of New Mexico music she grew up listing to. New Mexico music styles include early country and Spanish music. Which has been in her family for generations. Her father and her uncles were pillars of the music scene in Pecos and Santa fe, New Mexico, going back to early 50.s Her love for of the fiddle, guitar and harmonies were nurtured by Father and uncles who sang played fiddle and guitar and were songwriters. her passion for songwriting was instilled in her from the time she was a child listing at the feet of her uncles and cousins. Her Cousin Alvin Crowson was a founder of the New Mexico Fiddlers association and inducted in the fiddler's hall of fame.
